TRIP PLANNING COSTS
 

Zebrano Travel charges hourly for our time.  We know how to get right to work.

We phase the payments as follows:

Initial Trip Planning Fee - to be paid upfront once Zebrano Travel has been asked to start planning your trip.

• $500 - $1000 + HST - 1 week trips
• $1000 - $2500 + HST - 2 weeks trips or longer
• This is a prepaid retainer for the total hourly cost to plan your trip

Final Trip Planning Fees - due approx. two weeks prior to departure once we've completed your trip planning.

• We charge hourly for our time
• Zebrano Travel Planning Fees are nonrefundable

Travel Arrangements - you'll be responsible for payments for hotels, flights, tours, etc. once quotes are approved.  You'll be advised of deposit and final payment dates.  

Payments: 

• Trip Planning Fees - can be charged to your credit card.  AMEX, MasterCard and VISA. 
• Travel Arrangements:
  • many suppliers accept credit cards - some with a fee - authorization forms are common
  • bank wires - avoid the credit card fees - bank wire fees are additional
