COMMON QUESTIONS

What will my overall trip cost?  It really depends on the length of your trip, how may people are travelling, complexity of your itinerary, and if there are changes to your itinerary.  If your trip is simple the time required is less.  If your trip is complex it will require more time.  We do this for a living so we work quickly - but last minute trips take extra time as space is tight and requires additional time to find the "right" property.  

What if I Have An Issue While Travelling?  In your Trip Itinerary we’ll be very clear about who to contact for emergency assistance.  We are always available as needed; however, with time changes we may not be the quickest to respond. Your local contacts are always available to assist.

Do you book Airbnb, Homeaway or VRBO properties?  Yes we can - we will charge a booking fee for our research and management of your booking.  We can't do our usual due diligence in terms of quality control; however, at along as you're okay with the terms proposed we'll manage your request.  We cannot take responsibility for any issues you encounter.  There are several services we can recommend that are similar with our Virtuoso stamp of quality control.  www.onefinestay.com is one example that we highly recommend you consider for a "home" style vacation.    

Is Zebrano Travel a licensed travel agency?  Yes we are registered in Ontario, Canada with TICO.  The Travel Industry Council of Ontario.  

Do I Need Travel Insurance? The safest decision is to be fully covered for Medical and Cancellation & Interruption.  We will guide you so you can make an informed decision.  We work with Manulife and they offer many options to fit your needs.
